Which tools does ModePilot work with?

Google Calendar is the starting point. Slack is optional, and ModePilot also supports workflows with Telegram and Everhour. Google Tasks support is coming soon.

Do I need to manually update anything?

Not for routine changes. Once your rules are set, ModePilot updates supported signals automatically. You can still override them when your day changes unexpectedly.

Can I customize my working schedule?

Yes. You can set your working hours, breaks, time zone, schedule exceptions, and after-hours boundaries to match the way you actually work.

What happens if I change my calendar event?

ModePilot uses the updated calendar context to recalculate your work state, so connected-tool behavior can follow the change without another manual update.

How is ModePilot different from Slack schedules?

Slack notification schedules use recurring times. Slack also offers native calendar status sync and calendar-triggered focus mode. ModePilot adds custom work modes, event rules, buffers, flexible schedules and overrides when you need those outputs coordinated.

How secure is my data?

We use per-user keys to encrypt protected calendar data and private content in new or updated activity and workday records. Our hosting provider has an ISO/IEC 27001:2022-certified information security management system. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
